Hi Cjhxo - that is terrible! Daniela sold the business a few years ago so it would be the new owners who have been wrong in this case. Bonza Brats aren't going anywhere - they have been around for 27 years :) I hope you have success getting your money back. I would be trying the ACCC http://www.accc.gov.au Good luck!!
